GEMx is excited to support the Student Projects for Health competition for the third consecutive year! The competition recognizes undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in any course of study who have made outstanding contributions to projects that successfully promote community health and well-being. Key contributors to such projects are encouraged to apply.

Student Projects for Health is also supported by the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER®) and will be a feature of the 2017 annual conference of The Network: Towards Unity for Health (TUFH). The conference will be held April 8-12, 2017, in Hammamet, Tunisia, and will include the World Summit on Social Accountability. Winners will be invited to attend the conference and present their projects. The award includes air travel, hotel accommodation, and conference registration fee.
